Peach Salsa

Ingredients

• 4 peaches peeled
• 1 jalapeño
• 1 red pepper
• handful of cilantro
• 1 red onion
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp garlic

Dice and mix all ingredients. Let stand in fridge for four hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
