Ingredients
- 3 small yellow potatoes (about 12 oz.)
- 2 persimmons (firm Fuyu, about 9 oz.)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 garlic clove (small, mashed)
- 1 pinch cumin (1/3 t. or less)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil for frying
