Ingredients
- Chicken Batter:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 5 lbs Chicken cutlets
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups Duck sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
2. Dip the chicken in the batter and deep fry for a few minutes until brown.
4. Combine and boil duck sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
5. Add cornstarch and water and simmer until it has a gravy-like consistency.
6. Put the chicken it sauce. Can top with ½ cup sesame seeds if you like.
