Basic Stir Fry Sauce 1 Picture


  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. minced or grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs. rice vinegar


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup. Whisk to dissolve the cornstarch into the sauce. Add cooked stir fried veggies and meat. Heat until sauce thickens and reaches a full boil. Simmer for 30 seconds. If too thick, extra chicken broth can be added. Remove from heat and serve.
