Pork Chop Casserole

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 can chicken rice soup

Cooking time 55mins


Step 1

Brown pork chops in oil, drain. Place the rice in an ungreased shallow 3-qt. baking dish; pour orange juice over rice. Top with pork chops and soup. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
