Ingredients

    cups pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 3

    tbsp icing sugar

  • 4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    tsp ginger

  • 1/2

    tsp cloves

  • 1

    tsp nutmeg

  • 6

    whole eggs

  • 1/2

    cup 10% cream

  • 1/2

    cup 35% cream

  • 2

    sheets pie dough

Directions

1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices and eggs together. 2. Slowly add cream and set a side. 3. Line base of tart dishes with pie dough and set in fridge to firm at least 20 mins. 4. Pour filling into tart dished, bake in a 325F degree oven for 35-40 mins.
