Peas Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow split peas
  • butter
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash peas,drain and put into pudding bag.Tie bag loosly to give room for the peas to expland.Boil 3-31/2 hours in salty water,seasoned with salt beef or riblets.When cooked remove from bag.Mash peas with butter and pepper.
