Vegetable Beef Pot Pie (Melissa Cain) W
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp.chili powder
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 13.8 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. water
Cook in skillet, ground beef, spices and vegetables
until tender. Then add tomatoes and
bring to boil until most of liquid has evaporated.
Then pour in baking dish and cover with pizza dough
and then in small dish beat eggs and add water and brush over top of pizza crust. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
or until golden brown at 400 degree.
