  • 6 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz Ragu Pizza Sauce
  • 1 pound(s) raw extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup each onions and peppers chopped
  • Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat in skillet. Add onions and peppers if you wish and or other veggies. I use about 1/2 bag of Birds Eye stir fry onions/peppers. Drain if necessary. Return to skillet and add sauce. Cook until heated. Coat 13x9 dish with spray. Unroll pizza crust dough and press into bottom and halfway up sides of dish. Line bottom of pizza crust with 3 slices of cheese, I use shredded. Top with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Substitute 34 slices of turkey pepperoni for beef and it only has 7 points per serving. You could also use half the sauce and get the points lower if you use pepperoni.
