Ingredients
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion
- 1 celery rib
- 2 c. green beans
- 5 red potatoes
- 1 3 lb. chicken
- 4 bacon strips-cooked
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. thyme
- 1/2 t. basil
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, layer the first 7 ingredients in order listed. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over top. Do not stir, cover & cook on low for 6-8 hours.
