Ingredients
- 20 C. chicken broth
- 4 16oz. pkgs. frozen California blend vegetables
- 32 oz. tortellini
- 60 oz. Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- basil, oregano, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large soup kettle bring broth to a boil. Stir in vegetables and tortellini. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, heat through.
