Veggie Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

  • 20 C. chicken broth
  • 4 16oz. pkgs. frozen California blend vegetables
  • 32 oz. tortellini
  • 60 oz. Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
  • basil, oregano, pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large soup kettle bring broth to a boil. Stir in vegetables and tortellini. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, heat through.
