MOZZARELLA STUFFED MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbs Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella, cut into cubes
  • Olive oil
  • Marinara

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.
Form into 2" inch balls
Press a cheese cube in middle of meatball and fold meat around the cheese cube
Brown in olive oil, or bake on a rack in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Place cooked meat balls in marinara and serve on hoagies or over spaghetti.
