Ingredients
- Cream together:
- Crust
- Combine the following in a bowl until well mixed and then spread on the bottom of a 9/13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- Filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Add:
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
- a pinch of salt
- 2 cups of pecans
