Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• Crust
• Combine the following in a bowl until well mixed and then spread on the bottom of a 9/13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
• 2 cups of flour
• 1/2 cup of icing sugar
• 1 cup of butter
• Filling
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• Add:
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
• a pinch of salt
• 2 cups of pecans

Preparation

Step 1

When well mixed, pour over the baked crust and put back in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
