Ingredients
- 50 SVG
- 10 sml shallots, peeled fresh, rough chop
- 20 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 10 oz ginger, fresh, (2 Slices 1/4" thick)
- 10 sml jalapeno, stemmed, seeded
- 12 1/2 lb turkey, ground
- 2 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lo fat
- 10 tsp hot sauce

Step 1
In a mini food processor, pulse the shallot, cilantro, ginger and jalapeño until chopped. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and knead in the turkey. Using slightly moistened hands, form the meat into four 4-inch patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Light a grill or preheat a grill pan. Brush the burgers with oil and grill over moderately high heat, turning once, until golden and crusty and just cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
In small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the hot sauce. Spread the mixture
on the rolls.
