Italian Wedding Soup (Angie)

Ingredients

  • 8-10 cups water
  • 5 heaping tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 cup ancini de pepe
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • small meatballs
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and bouillon to a boil. Add ancini de pepe and meatballs. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add spinach.
