Crockpot Nacho Dip (Kevin Jackson)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 large onion (browned with beef in the same skillet)
  • garlic to taste (add to beef and onion while browning)
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta (half regular, half mexican)
  • 16 oz. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 1 dash worchestire
  • chili powder, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the beef, onion, and garlic together. Drain, then place in a crock pot. Mix together the velveeta , tomatoes, flour and worchestire. Pour over the beef and add chili powder to taste. Heat in crock pot, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
