Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large onion (browned with beef in the same skillet)
- garlic to taste (add to beef and onion while browning)
- 2 lbs. Velveeta (half regular, half mexican)
- 16 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1 dash worchestire
- chili powder, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef, onion, and garlic together. Drain, then place in a crock pot. Mix together the velveeta , tomatoes, flour and worchestire. Pour over the beef and add chili powder to taste. Heat in crock pot, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
