Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 Pound Dried Apricots
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Raisins Or Currants
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Toasted, Blanched Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts
- 2 Tbsp Toasted Chopped Pistachios
- 1 Tbsp Rose Water
- 2 Tbsp Sugar Or Honey
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Tsbp Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Soak the apricots several hours (or overnight)
Drain the apricots and place into a food processor until pureed. Add nuts, sugar and spices to taste.
