Khoshaf Bi Mishmish

Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 1 Pound Dried Apricots
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Raisins Or Currants
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Toasted, Blanched Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted Chopped Pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp Rose Water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Or Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsbp Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Soak the apricots several hours (or overnight)
Drain the apricots and place into a food processor until pureed. Add nuts, sugar and spices to taste.
