- 1 medium green pepper, Diced/chopped \1 medium raw onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Campbell's 25% less sodium tomato soup (1 can)
- 16 oz cooked penne pasta
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Step 1
Dice onion and bell pepper. Brown gorund beef with onion and pepper; drain if necessary. Set aside. Prepare Penne pasta as directed, drain.Mix ground beef mixture with penne pasta and stir in can of tomato soup, add 1 cup water and mix thoroughly. Toss in fresh or dried oregano and bake in 2 quart casserole at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 8 -1 cup servings at 5 Points Plus Values Each. Serve with side salad .
