Ingredients
- 5 green chile peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 5 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Roast 5 green chile peppers at 400 degrees F. for 10-20 minutes, until skins blacken and blister.
2. Steam peppers in a sealed bag 10 minutes, peel and chop.
3. Saute 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves in oil in a skillet. Add flour and coriander; cook 4 minutes. Add peppers, chicken broth, salt and lime juice. Puree in blender or food processor.
