Ingredients
- 6 fish fillets of your choice
- 1 C. bread crumbs
- romano cheese
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- paprika
- parlsey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, galic powder, bit paprika, bit parsley.
Place fish fillets in glass pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Dredge fish in crumb mixture, lay on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 425* for 10 min or until fish flakes easily with fork.
