Ingredients
- Potato sausage
- 2 Tbs salt
- 12 whole alspice
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse sausage and prick in several places with a fork. Put in pan with enough cold water to cover-Do Not Crowd. Add salt and alspice. Let water cook up but not boiling. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes with pan covered but not tightly. Sausage will split if boiled to hard. If there is any sausage left be sure to cover with the juice it was cooked in for reheating.
