Ingredients
- 1 c. instant polenta
- 4 c. salted water
- 1 T. butter
- 1/4 c. crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 T. oregano
- dash of nutmeg
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to boil, slowly add polenta, whisking. Reduce heat and simmer stirring until think and creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in the rest and top with more cheese and pepper to serve.
