Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh or dried thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 lb. romaine, chopped
- 5 oz Feta cheese
- 4 oz seasoned croutons
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Step 1
In large container with lid, place thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and shallots.
Seal lid and shake well;set aside
Combine olives,lettuce, Feta cheese and croutons in a large bowl.
Vigorously shake dressing before pouring over salad
Sprinkle with oregano and toss.
