  • 1/4 lb. broccoli
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
  • pinch hot pepper flakes
  • pinch Malden salt

Preparation

Step 1

* *Toss* broccoli with olive oil, garlic and spices. *Bake* at 425 - 450 for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
