KASHA & BOWS (Sue's)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag bows (cook el dente)
  • 1/4 cup kasha (buckwheat oats)
  • onion (diced)
  • bar butter
  • 1 envlop lipton onion soup (mix in measuring cup with water about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup red wine

Preparation

Step 1

1. In pan on stove in butter saute kasha till all is coated. Add onions and saute till clear. Add lipton soup mix, red wine and cook according to box directions till liquid is absorbed.

2.mix in bows and place into dish.

3. Microwave 5 mins.
