Ingredients

  • Ready Made Pie Crust

  • 1/3

    cup + 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2

    tablesppons bourbon

  • 2/3

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup corn syrup

  • 3

    large eggs

  • 1

    cup pecans, chopped

  • 3/4

    cup chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat ocen to 375 degrees 2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet and toast the choppen pecans, cooking about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Beat sugar, 1/3 cup butter, corn syrup, burbon, salt, cinnamon, and eggs in medum bowl. 4. Stir in toasted pecans and chocolate chips 5. pour in pie curst and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set.
