Oatmeal Raisin Cookis

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb butter 2 sticks
• 1 cup firming packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
• 2 egs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/1 /2 cups of flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups of oatmeal quick or old fashioned uncooked
• 1 cup of raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350
beat margarine and sugars until creamy
add eggs and vanilla beat well
combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon,salt mix well
stir in oats and raisins mix well
drop tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
cool one minute cool on wire rack.
Bar cookies
bake 30-to35 mins
ungreased 13x9 inch pan
