Ingredients
- 3 cups popped popcorn
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons grey salt
- 1 orange
- 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a 10-inch saute pan over medium-high heat on a stove top.
2. Tilt the pan away from you, the add the butter.
3. As you tilt the pan back, the butter will begin to brown.
4. Add the salt into the butter.
5. Pour the butter over the popcorn; mixing well.
6. With a grater, zest the orange and chocolate over the popcorn and mix.
