Bean Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 can baked beans, don't drain
  • 1 can kidney beans, don't drain
  • 1 can green beans, drain
  • 1 can butter beans, drain
  • 5 strips bacon
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 small cans tomato paste
  • 1 tbs vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Fry 5 strips bacon, remove, saute large onion in bacon fat, add 1 chopped green pepper, remove from heat. Add 1 cup brown sugar, about 1 1/2 small cans tomato paste and 1 tbs vinegar. Mix together. Bake 350° for 1 hour.
