Spinach, Onion and Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped onions, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • Corn Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients, except corn chips, in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
