  • 1 6 oz. Pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 Tlbs. Corn Starch
  • 2 C. Boiling Water
  • 1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 C. Whipped Topping
  • 1 9" Baked Pie Shell

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine gelatin, sugar, & corn starch in saucepan. Gradually add boiling water, and stir to dissolve. Bring to boil, remove from heat and cool at least 5 min.

2. Fold strawberries into gelatin mixture, reserving 5 - 6 berries for garnish. Pour into baked pie shell.

3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to chill. Immediately befour serving, top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries.
