Ingredients
- Batter:
- Boneless chicken
- 3 large fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 egg
- 1 pt. buttermilk
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. sugar
- Flour Mix:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 1/2 t. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into 1" chunks, Marinate in batter for at least 2 hours or overnight. Take chicken out of batter and put in flour mixture. Fry chicken until golden brown. Set aside. Slice jalapenos in 1/4" thick slices. Put slices in batter and then in flour mixture. Fry until desired brown. Serve with the chicken.
