Ingredients
- 1 package Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 20 ounce can pineapple drained
- Red maraschino cherries halved
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in ungreased 13 by 9 inch pan/
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan. Arrange pineapple slices on brown sugar. Place cherries in center of pineapple.
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour batter evenly over fruit in pan. Bake for 43 to 48 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto heat resistant serving pan.
