Sophie's Super Moist Chocolate Cake (Sophie Ivie)

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 c water
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 3 tbs cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c sugar
• Dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar and salt
Mix buttermilk, baking soda
Heat buttermilk, water, cocoa boil then remove from heat
Add flour, sugar and salt mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda then vanilla.

Grease pan. Bake at 400 no longer than 20 min.
