Cashew Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Red and/or Yellow Bell Pepper slices (or 1/2 a fresh one, if you have it)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbs Tahini
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Soak the Cashews in fresh water for 2 hours. Drain and place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth & creamy. Enjoy!!
