Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashews
- 1/2 cup Frozen Red and/or Yellow Bell Pepper slices (or 1/2 a fresh one, if you have it)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbs Tahini
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
Soak the Cashews in fresh water for 2 hours. Drain and place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth & creamy. Enjoy!!
