- 24 Corn Tortillas (cut into large triangles)
- Dark and White Chocolate Sauces (for drizzling)
- Caramel Sauce for drizzling
- Crumbled Toffee Candies
- Ingredients For The Chew’s Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Ingredients For Lime Salt:
- 2 zested Limes
- 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees in a large dutch oven.
Carefully fry the tortillas until crispy, about four minutes per batch.
Remove tortillas with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or lime salt.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce or toffee crumbles.
