Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) trimmed boneless,skinless chicken breast
- olive oil in a sprayer
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 6 tbsp finely chopped mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
2. Lightly mist both sides of the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken, turning once, for 3-5 min. per side, or untilit is no longer pink inside and juices run clear. Transfer to a baking dish.
3. Heat the sauce on low in the microwave until warm. Top meach breast with 2 tbsp marinars sauce, followed by 1-1/2 tbsp mozzarella, and 1/2 tsp parmesan. Bake the chicken for 3-5 min. , or until the cheese is melted.
