Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 TBSP Grey Poupon dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced to glaze consistency; stirring occasionally.
Spoon over chops just before serving.
