Ingredients

  • 6

    chicken thighs

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon pepper

  • 1

    tablespoon butter

  • 1

    tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1/2

    teaspoon flour

  • 1/2

    cup chicken stock

  • 2

    tablespoon maple syrup

  • 2

    tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1

    tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

Directions

1. Heat broiler 2. Place chicken, skin side up, on a foil lined pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Broil 8 minutes ot until browned. Turn chicken over and and broil 4 minutes, or until done. 4. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-heat. Add garlic and flour; cook 1 minute. 5. Add stock, syrup, mustard and thyme. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Serve over chicken.
