Ingredients
- 4 cups trimmed and halved green beans
- 1/2 cup each chopped onion and water
- 1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon tarrragon leaves, crushed
- Dash pepper, or to taste
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut into 8 wedges each
Preparation
Step 1
In 4-quart saucepan, combine green beans, onion, water, broth mix, and seasonings; cover and cook over medium-high heat until beans are just tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Add mushrooms and tomatoes, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
