Rocky Road Frosting

Ingredients

• 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 3 Tablespoons butter
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 7 Tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cut marshmallows
• 2 Tablespoons walnut pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Combine sugar, salt milk and vanilla. Add hot chocolate mixture and blend well Fold in 12 cut marshmallows. Stir in walnuts or peanuts.
