Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef cut into 1" cubes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 1 medium clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound broad egg noodles dry
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet brown beef in butter then add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and cook over low heat 2 hours stirring occasionally.
While beef is cooking prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside; keep warm. When when meat is done serve over cooked noodles.
MY NOTES: This is DELICIOUS! I also like to add fresh mushrooms to this dish. I saute them in butter just before serving dinner and add them to the beef tips.
