Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
Whisk marinade ing. tog,. & pour over chicken.
Marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours; turn occasionally. Discard excess marinade.
Cook chicken (grill, bake or broil) until internal temp. reaches 165 deg.
