Ingredients
- crust; 1 1/2 cups crushed plain chocolate cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter melted.Mix and press into a 9" pie plate. Chill.
- Filling;
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Brandy
- 2/3 cup milk, scalded
- 24 marshmallows (lg.)
- 6 tablesppons amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation
Step 1
In top of double boiler, beat egg, place over simmering water, beating constantly, slowly add sugar; continue beating until mixture is thick and creamy, stir in salt. Beat in butter 1 tablespoon at a time,beat until creamy again.Stir in brandy. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Add marshmallows to scalded milk in double boiler, stirring often until they blend into a smooth mixture. Cool, the add amaretto liquer. After both mixtures are thoroughly cool, combine mixtures well. Add 2-3 drops yellow food coloring. Fold whipped cream into mixture. Pour into crust. Freeze mininum of 6 hour's. Let thaw 15 minutes before cutting and serving. Top with more whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.
