Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2/3 cup crisco
- dash salt
- 3-4 tablespons water, cold
- 4-6 med. apples

Step 1
Mix 1/3 of crisco with 1 cup of flour at a time. Sprinkle over cold water and gently toss dough and form in a rectangle.
Rool out and cut into rectangles to fit your apples. Place 1 apple on each square, pat of butter, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Wrap dough around apple leaving top open, place in baking dish.
Mix and boil 2 minutes;
1 cup sugar, 2 cups water, 3 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Pour around apples and bake 425@ about 45 min. or till brown and apple is tender. Do not pour on until ready to bake.
