Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 18 oz. small cooked shrimp
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- sliced green onions
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Spread softened cream cheese into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Place shrimp evenly over top. Sprinkle with olives. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over olives. Top with onions; chill or warm through in 350 oven. Serve with tortilla chips.
