Wilton Colour Flow Icing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup plus 1 tsp water
• 1 lb (4 cups) sifted confectioners' sugar
• 2 tblsp Wilton colour flow mix

Preparation

Step 1

With an electric miser, blend all ingredients on low speed for 5 minutes.

To soften or thin icing for filling in add 1/2 tsp water per 1/4 cup of icing.
