Caramel Icing

  • 1 stick of butter (real butter)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teas. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 2 minutes when it bubbles all over, not a really hard boil, start timing 2 minutes.Take off heat add 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Put back on heat and let come to a boil. Cool, make sure it is cool completely. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 teas. of vanilla.
