Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 3 C. strawberries
  • 3 C. rhubarb
  • Crust:1 1/2C. flour
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 C. butter
  • 1 C. oatmeal

Preparation

Step 1

Mix filling ingredients well, spread in bottom of 9X13" pan.
Mix together crust ingredients, sprinkle on top of filling.
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.
